Some country icons are adding more dates to some high-profile engagements.
Kenny Chesney has added a second show for his Spread The Love 2016 tour stop in the Boston area, for August 27 at Gillette Stadium In Foxboro, Mass. The move was made based on fan demand after the August 26 show was announced, and Chesney said in a statement that, "The people of New England, and especially Boston, have been so good to us for so long -- and after this year I didn't want to assume we could do those kinds of numbers for a second straight year. But once we went up on sale we realized this year could be even bigger than last year, which is crazy...Here's to two rocking nights with some of my dearest friends in one of my favorite places in the world." Miranda Lambert, Sam Hunt and Old Dominion are joining Chesney for the tour dates.
