Dustin Lynch Stages Benefit Concert For Hurricane Relief In Dallas
Dustin Lynch is doing his part for hurricane relief.
The hat-topped Tennessee native rolled into Dallas recently for a benefit concert at Cowboys Red River. The sold-out show was announced a week earlier after Dustin saw some of Hurricane Harvey’s devastation firsthand.
“To come back to Dallas and get to put on a show for these folks really means a lot to me,” Dustin says through his publicist. “The people affected by this hurricane have shown so much strength and it’s truly been inspiring to see the community come together and support each other.’
The “Small Town Boy” singer decided to take action after meeting with hurricane evacuees who sought refuge in Dallas shelters. All proceeds will be donated to support ongoing storm relief efforts via the American Red Cross.
The rising star is otherwise celebrating the release of Current Mood and fifth consecutive No. 1 with “Small Town Boy.” See a list of upcoming tour dates here.
