Hugh Hefner passed away at the age of 91 on September 27, now what is believed to be his final photo before death has surfaced online.

The final picture, published in the Daily Mirror, shows him using a walker while dressed in pajamas.

It is believed the photo was taken in January of this year. Even though he was in poor health, the Playboy founder still managed to entertain guests this past year.

Hef, as he was affectionately known by his friends and family, leaves behind a wife and four grown children. A tweet posted on one of his sons Twitter accounts said that he lived a great life and will be remembered as a cultural icon.

Earlier in the week, TMZ reported that Hefner’s final resting place will be next to another cultural icon, Marilyn Monroe.

Monroe is buried at the Westwood Village Memorial Park Cemetery in Los Angeles.
