Back in November, one of the best selling artists in history, multi Grammy award winner and American Idol, Carrie Underwood took a nasty fall.

Shortly after, she posted a picture that revealed a broken wrist. Fast-forward 2 months and Carrie announced just days ago that the fall had also damaged her face, so much so that she required "40-50 stitches." She warned her fans that she may not look the same. In a letter to fan club members Underwood wrote,  "I haven’t been ready to talk about since I have still been living it and there has been much uncertainty as to how things will end up. It’s crazy how a freak random accident can change your life." The 34 year old mom has not been seen in public since the fall back on November 10. Then, about a month ago, Below Deck reality star Adrienne Gang actually posted the first pic of Carrie post surgery, following a workout, according to E! News.

The tweet shows Carrie's bandaged wrist, but certainly no visible signs of any damage to her face, at least not the right side of her face shown in the photo.

Wishing Carrie a speedy recovery as she deals with the slow process of healing, and being a public figure. #carryoncarrie!
