Whether or not the tweet actually related back to Ballerini is questionable, but the country singer didn't miss the opportunity to mention the reference in a Tweet.
In a new show promo, The Voice mentioned a "really really really long fabric train," which obviously resonated with Ballerini, who wore a really really really long fabric train in her video shoot for "Peter Pan" a few years ago.
Ballerini playfully responded and directed her tweet at Kelly Clarkson, who also responded.
Clarkson let it be known that the reference wasn't her doing. She also mentioned she hadn't seen the video for "Peter Pan" until now, and wanted Ballerini to know that it was all just a coincidence.
