and it features Miranda Lambert on backup vocals! For his latest album, Rearview Town, Aldean knew he wanted to work with Miranda and originally sent her another song. It wasn't the right song for her, but when he sent "Drowns The Whiskey," she was all over it. It's the perfect song for her traditional vocals, and the video was purposely kept simple to relay the message and honor the music.
