One Country is reporting the country star's daughter, Grace, initially received an 11 month sentence last year due to several drug offenses.
However, the sentence was later shortened, and Grace, 22, was released on probation after serving a month in jail.
Sadly, Judd's daughter recently violated the terms of her probation, thus resulting in her probation being revoked.
Grace has now been sentenced to serve an eight year jail term, but she could get out of jail as early as next year if granted parole.
