AGT Contestant Garth Brooks Wrote Song For Arrested
Thursday afternoon, Michael Ketterer was taken out of his Los Angeles hotel in handcuffs by LAPD for domestic violence allegations.
Fans flipped out over Ketterer’s America’s Got Talent Finale performance of the song, “Courage to Love,” in which Garth Brooks penned just for the contestant. The finale aired live on Wednesday night and while Michael didn’t win, things only got worse the following afternoon.
According to TMZ: “Ketterer was taken into custody Thursday afternoon by the LAPD in Hollywood. Law enforcement sources tell us … he got into a fight with his wife, and when cops showed up they noticed she had a visible red mark.
We’re told he was cuffed and booked for a felony because of the injury. Ketterer was released after posting $50k bail.”
The singer says that it’s all a big misunderstanding. But, now we have to wonder with the negative press, will Garth Brooks keep his invitation for Michael to join him at his already sold out Notre Dame show coming up October 20th?
