Sam Adams Releasing Special Bruins-Themed Beer
Samuel Adams is celebrating the Boston Bruins’ run for the Stanley Cup with a special limited edition beer.
‘Black & Gold’ lager is being released in limited quantities just ahead of Game 4 of the Stanley Cup Finals on June 3rd at their brewery in Jamaica Plain.
The brew, which clocks in at 4.9% ABV is described by Sam Adams as a “deep ruby black, medium-bodied lager with chocolate notes, a hint of coffee and a slightly sweet and roasted malt flavor.”
The limited edition four-packs will be sold one per person on a first come, first serve basis at the Samuel Adams Brewery, 30 Germania Street in Boston starting at 3pm on Monday. Sam Adams has said that fans wanting to grab a 4-pack can start lining up as early as noontime on that day.
