According to the Massachusetts State Police instagram the fawn just keeps showing up and in the worst possible spot!

"The fawn that we posted about on Wednesday, when Trooper Nicholas Germain saved from the left lane of I-91 in Holyoke, made another appearance yesterday morning.

Trooper Scott Boutell and a driver from the MAPFRE, MassDOT Good Samaritan van, saved the same fawn from I-91 again. It is now believed that the mother deer had been struck and killed the night before. The little fawn spent the night at the State Police Northampton Barracks with the troopers, until Massachusetts Division of Fisheries & Wildlife were able to take the fawn to a facility for rehabilitation until it can be released back to the wild."
