Shia LaBeouf is easily one of the most underrated actors in Hollywood today.
It could be his own fault due to his seemingly troubled past. But, to cut him a little slack, he was a wildly successful child actor who had all the money he could want and was rebellious like oh, so many. It happens all the time. (Look at Justin Bieber…)
That being said, he wrote this movie, “Honey Boy” and he stars in it as a fictionalized version of his father. It’s also important to note the kids playing him: Lucas Hedges and Noah Jupe give emotionally stunning performances.
