Kacey Musgraves Sets Guinness World Record
Actress Jessica Biel has been happily married to Justin Timberlake for 7 years, but at the height of his fame as a member of NSYNC she didn’t even listen to them! She said she was into musical theater soundtracks like Rent and rarely listened to pop.
Congrats to Brett Young and wife Taylor, who welcomed their first child together, Presley Elizabeth Young on October 21st! The first picture was recently released. Brett said in an Instagram post “my daughter, Baby P, you’re perfect. I am so head over heels in love with you I can’t even explain it. My world is forever changed because God game you to me.”
For nearly 6 months after the college admissions scandal broke, Lori Loughlin’s daughters Olivia Jade and Isabella didn’t attend classes, but were also not allowed to withdraw. Now, according to the USC Registrar, they are officially out of school! No word on whether they were expelled or not.
Connor McGregor just announced that he’s making his return to the UFC Octagon saying he will fight on January 18th in Las Vegas. He says it’s his comeback fight and that he’s in prime physical conditionk, and as far as the opponent, he says that the UFC won’t allow him to reveal who that is just yet.
During the filming of The Joker, Joaquin Pheonix said that he could hardly sit in the makeup chair. In an interview the makeup artist Niki Lederman spoke about how she transformed him into a more realistic version of the villain. She also said how he would only sit in the chair for 15-20 mins because it was hard to sit still.
Kacey Musgraves set a Guinness World Record! She and he Country Music Hall of Fame earned the record for having the world’s largest display of coloring pages! There were 1,550 colored pages in the shape of a rainbow (which weighs 500 pounds) that sat at the Country Music HOF. The pages were contributed from people in more than 30 states! The honor was given to Kacey on October 22nd, which happened to be National Color Day. Of all of the accomplishments, it’s really cool that she can add this to it!
Nashville Sheriff shares proof that Johnny Cash was granted Law Enforcement authority in 1979! This week Sheriff Daron Hall provided a blown up image of Johnny’s September commission card which features his headshot, fingerprint and signature. The card authorized Johnny to “arrest any and all persons violating the criminal laws of the state of Tennessee.” The Sheriff doesn’t have any evidence of what the deputy work entailed but nonetheless really cool!
