Maren Morris Announces Her Pregnancy On Instagram, Fellow Artists React
Maren Morris announced her pregnancy in an Instagram post earlier today (October 22). In a post that showed her and her husband Ryan Hurd, she wrote: “The irony is just too rich that after a year of living in the ‘GIRL’ headspace, the universe would give us a baby boy to even things out. See you in 2020, little one.”

GIRL, of course, is her new album, which came out earlier this year, and is expected to get a number of Grammy nominations this year. She may be her own competition, as the Highwomen’s self-titled debut is also one of the most critically hailed albums of the year.
Several of their friends in country music responded like Lindsay Ell who wrote, “SO EXCITED FOR YOU GUYS.” And Old Dominion who reacted, “Congrats y’all!!!”
Maren and Ryan were married on Marc h 24, 2018.
