Sandra Bullock and Ellen DeGeneres are teaming up against fake endorsement ads. The duo filed a joint lawsuit in LA Superior Court Wednesday to "expose the Celebrity Endorsement Theft Industry, which ... exploits the names, images, likenesses and personas of well-known celebrities who have not authorized or been compensated for such use," according to the suit obtained by USA TODAY.

 Jason Aldean’s in a bit of a heat right now, or at least his restaurant is. Aldean’s Kitchen and Rooftop Bar is dealing with some allegations of racial profiling by its security staff. The Nashville bar has turned away black men on the basis of race. A statement was released by the restaurant saying “We strive to be one of the most welcoming establishments in Nashville and are horrified by these reports. Our leadership team is investigation this situation and will take action should we find that any of our employees or third-party security contractors violated our policies.”

More than 17,000 people shared Laura Murphy's Facebook post in which she describes how her husband was denied entrance to Jason Aldean's Kitchen + Rooftop Bar because of his race. Restaurant owners have since responded, saying they're "horrified" by the report.
