Carlos Rolon is 6 years-old. He was born with a condition called unbalanced atrioventricular which is an abnormality in his heart. He had 2 open heart surgeries before he even turned 2. He is at Boston Children's Hospital waiting for a heart transplant.
He'll be in the hospital for Christmas this year and is asking for Christmas Cards to decorate his room. The cards should help bring some holiday cheer, positive vibes, and love to the 6 year-old.
