Simon Cowell is preparing for what's probably going to be a messy legal battle. He is the executive director of America's Got Talent and if you haven't heard, they kicked out contestants Gabrielle Union and Julianne Hough and gave them nasty notes that were considered racist and sexist. Cowell has hired Hollywood big shot lawyer Larry Stein to represent him.

Amanda Detmer, the actress who plays Tracy on the show Empire was arrested for drinking and driving then fleeing the scene of the accident. The cops found the car with the damage and was placed under arrest and is now facing charges of driving under the influence and leaving the scene of a traffic collision.

The Patriots have issued a statement admitting their crew violated NFL policy by filming the field and sideline from the press box at the Bengals/Browns game. But the pats insist it was an honest mistake and turned over all footage to the league and cooperated. The Patriots say the film was ONLY supposed to be used for the “Do your job” segment. The production team had gotten permission by the Brown’s (the home team), to shoot that day for the segment. Bill Belichick says he has NOTHING to do with the production people and has nothing to do with anything that they produce, direct or shoot.
