What a milestone! Congrats to the big guy, # 33!
The 42 year-old defenseman will don the black and gold for his 1,000th game, taking on the Flyers in Philladelpia tonight! This honor makes Chara only the sixth player in franchise history to do so. He joins Ray Bourque, Johnny Bucyk, Patrice Bergeron, Don Sweeney and Wayne Cashman.
