Using Google’s list of top romantic comedy movies, researchers searched each film individually on Google Trends to find which state scored the highest. The top result is the designated film for that state. The complete map can be found HERE but here are New England's results:
Maine: "Bridget Jones' Diary"
Vermont: "Love Actually"
New Hampshire: "The Wedding Singer"
Rhode Island: "There's Something About Mary"
Connecticut: "Pretty Woman"
Massachusetts: "Say Anything"
And finally... I think Minnesota had the strangest favorite: 1940's "His Girl Friday"
