Glen Davis was a beloved school bus driver in the small town of Grand Meadow, Minnesota. He drove school buses there for 55 years! His proudest accomplishment was never getting into an accident in all of those years. Being a school bus driver was his favorite job, so it's fitting that he'll be laid to rest in a school bus yellow casket. It was designed and gifted to him by Jim Hindt, the owner of a local funeral home. Glen got to see the casket 5 years before he passed and it brought him tears of joy.

It’s painted yellow with black hinges, with the same lettering that appeared on Davis’s 1949 school bus. It's even stamped with the number 3 - the number of the first bus he ever drove.

His funeral will be held this Friday in Grand Meadow.
