You have to really love your ham if you walk into & Sons, a self-proclaimed “ham bar” in New York City. It’s the hottest new bar in Brooklyn and even Food & Wine Magazine is giving it high praise.
The bar pairs every wine they offer with an accompanying ham. American hams from Tennessee, North Carolina, Kentucky, Iowa and more are offered on & Sons‘ menu. Owner Andre Huston Mack says his favorite current offering is the cured Iberico pork from White Oak Pastures in Georgia.
