Not a list you really want to top - for the second year in a row Boston's traffic congestion was ranked worst in the nation by an annual study. The study was done by Inrix, a transportation data firm.
They found that Boston-area commuters lost an average of 149 hours in the past year to traffic congestion. That's over 6 days stuck in traffic!! Yuck! BUT - that's a lot of quality time you and I get to spend together on your commute home... so sorry.... and thank you!
Chicago, Philadelphia, New York City and Washington D.C. make up the rest of the top five.
