The Governor of New York announced that the state will be making their own hand sanitizer (produced by New York prisoners) to battle shortages due to demands. Last night Stephen Colbert had a little fun with that news by introducing all-new (and very fictitious) 'Boston Hand Sanitizer.' Enjoy:
