Little Big Town's Kimberly Schlapman lost her first husband Steven Roads to a heart attack in 2005. As Kimberly told People, the couple were unable to conceive a child.

But when Kimberly married her second and current husband Stephen Schlapman to her surprise -- she got pregnant with their now 12-year-old daughter Daisy.

She told People, “In my previous marriage, I had tried so hard to have a baby, so there was already, I don’t want to say skepticism, but I was already pretty sure I wasn’t going to be able to conceive a child. When we got pregnant on our honeymoon, it was just the most incredible gift. I believe that my first husband, who was in heaven, I believe he begged God, ‘Let’s give her what she’s always wanted for a wedding gift.’ ”

She added, “I believe that with all my heart, and so I got pregnant on my honeymoon. I know that was his wedding gift from heaven to me. I am 100 percent sure.”

In other news, Schlapman posted to Instagram about a new project that she's working on. "In the midst of all of this uncertainty, I want to share some happy news with y’all. I’ve written a children’s book coming out later this fall. It’s called A Dolly for Christmas.”
