Some Good News! John Kransinki And Big Papi Award Boston Hospital Unit Sox Tickets For Life!
John Krasinski has become our go-to-guy for all things good, in a world that is so uncertain. He has become our Big Papi.
Massachusetts born Krasinski is the designated hitter in the bottom of the ninth with 2 outs and no one on base. He has stepped up to the plate and hit it out of the park, well over the Green Monster! In his new online show, “Some Good News,” John highlights some of the good news stories in our current COVID-19 world. And it’s just what the world needs.
Last night was quite a game. John teamed up with David Ortiz, the Red Sox and AT&T to award nurses and respiratory therapists, working in the COVID unit at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston, Sox tickets for life!
John threw it to David to deliver the good news telling the unit that they would get 4 tickets for life for “you and everybody at Beth Israel”
But wait, there’s more… the heroes were then given a ride on a duck boat (fully sanitized, of course) to Fenway Park!
If this doesn’t make your heart swell…
(forward in about 10:05 for this story!)
HUGE thank you to each and every one of our #HealthcareHeroes and to @RedSox and @ATT for making episode 3 of @somegoodnews such a special one! https://t.co/6Xo4opHjpm
