Four F-15s from the 104th Fighter Wing of the Massachusetts Air National Guard will be paying tribute to frontline workers at 15 area hospitals and two additional locations on Wednesday with a fly-over. In a press release on Facebook the 104th Fighter Wing wrote “Air Force Salutes flyovers are a way for the U.S. Air Force to show appreciation to the thousands of heroes on the frontlines and all our brave Massachusetts neighbors battling and supporting the COVID-19 response."
The 104th Fighter Wing ask that residents who live nearby the flyover locations should view the flyover from the safety around their homes, that they should maintain all social distancing guidelines, and refrain from traveling to hospitals and gathering in large groups to view the flyover.
