‘Friends’ Reunion to Film This August

One of HBO Max’s biggest selling points at launch was ‘Friends.’ HBO Max has the exclusive rights to stream the entire series. AND HBO Max will carry the long-awaited, highly anticipated ‘Friends’ Reunion show.
The ‘Friends’ Reunion was planned to have happened by now but the Coronavirus showed up and threw a major kink in the plans. Show co-creator Martha Kauffman now says the time is close and that the reunion will be filmed this summer: “We are hoping to be able to shoot in August, if all is well and there is no early second wave and the studio is open. If everything is in place and we understand all the protocols and we can still make a good show, we’ll be shooting it some time, mid-to-late August.”
We… can’t… wait.
