Garth Brooks Sets Date For Online Acoustic Show
Last night, during his latest “Studio G” session on Facebook, Garth Brooks announced a date for another acoustic show along with his wife Trisha Yearwood.
Garth said, “You want to make a date? Let’s make a date! Let’s look and see what karma’s saying about July 7. Let’s figure out a time to do it, and we’ll do it. Let’s come together in love.”
Brooks also talked about his new song “We Belong To Each Other,” which he debuted on Good Morning America. When asked about it being on an upcoming album he said, “Right now, it’s just for everybody to kind of absorb, you know?”
He added, “I just love how that track feels. Recorded live. 99% of your recordings are done kind of like in tracks and layers, but this was a performance piece.”
Nancy Brooks has been working in the country music industry for almost 30 years. She has interviewed pretty much any country star you can think of. In the late 1990s, she started working with Dolly Parton. And yes, Nancy reports that Parton is as sweet as you would think. She loves her life in country music and has been backstage at every CMA Awards show since the late 1990s.
Many of her stories are from her one-on-one interviews. She was there at the beginning of the incredible careers of many music superstars today, including Taylor Swift, Shania Twain, and Blake Shelton, and has interviewed them multiple times throughout the years.
