Thomas Rhett’s five-month-old daughter, Lennon Love -- as rock fans may have guessed -- was named after a Beatle, John Lennon.

Thomas’ wife, Lauren took the lead on naming their first two daughters, Willa Gray and Ada James, so she told him that he could pick the name for baby number three. He says, “Lennon came from John Lennon, from the Beatles. I knew I wanted some sort of musical name for our third child, and me and Lauren both loved the name Lennon.”

As for his daughter’s middle name, Love, it turns out it was chosen on a whim. Lennon was born on February 10th, and Rhett recalls, “In the hospital one of her friends texted her. She was like, ‘Hey, since it’s Valentine’s Day, maybe you should name her Lennon Love. And it kind of started as a joke but kinda became cemented. That’s what we kind of decided in the hospital.”

Thomas just posted a picture on the beach and he and his youngest daughter Lennon, writing, "I promise everything is fine."
