Bruins’ Coach Bruce Cassidy Named The NHL’s Top Coach
The NHL announced the winner of their Jack Adams Award last night, which is given every year to the coach who has contributed the most to his team’s success. It’s voted on by the NHL Broadcasters Association.
And the winner was… Bruins’ head coach Bruce Cassidy!
Cassidy becomes the 4th Bruins’ head coach to win the prestigious award.

It’s Cassidy’s first time winning this Award. But he has been a finalist twice before, and finished 2nd in voting 2 years ago.
In his three full seasons as head coach, Cassidy has lead the team to Top 10 rankings in almost every major statistical category.
