New England Hot Spots For Leaf Peeping
Most of us are creatures of habit. We go where we go, because we know. That being said, this year I’m looking for suggestions on where the best spots are to see the Fall foliage. I’d like to experience beautiful new places, wouldn’t you? I mean, it’s 2020… nature is our best friend.
Experts say it will be a banner year for colors because of our hot summer. So, I set out to find the experts and their top picks and will be happy to share them with you, here. However, word of mouth is always the best way to research, so I am counting on you to share your experiences, past and present.
Ready, set… peep!
1. Kancamagus Highway
I can’t say it, but I sure would like to see it! I hear more about this place than any other… and just take a look at this throwback aerial photo!
The Kanc is a 35 mile stretch that begins in Lincoln, NH, and passes through the White Mountain National Forest

This 63-mile trail runs east to west, in the north-west part of Massachusetts. It rides the Berkshire Mountains, amidst the Connecticut and Hudson River valleys. Plenty of trees, streams and pit stops to enjoy
