Carly Pearce played the Grand Ole Opry over the weekend, a place where she and her ex-husband Michael Ray played together frequently during their relationship.

It seems when Carly posted to Instagram her thoughts on playing the Opry, she may have been referencing playing her latest single "Next Girl," which tells the story of a man who treated her wrong and she's out to warn the 'next girl,' about her ex-.

Pearce posted along with a video of part of her performance, "It only felt right to sing #NextGirl for the first time on this stage. As you can see from the smile on my face, I was a LITTLE excited - Thank you for having me #opry !"

Meanwhile, around the same time, Michael Ray posted a link to an article about managing his anxiety. He wrote on Instagram, "Making a commitment to working out has been key to managing my anxiety during this time. Big thanks to @rhone for letting me share a few ways how staying physically active has helped me come further into my own. Link to read The Pursuit in my bio. #worldmentalhealthday."
