Kane Brown Says Goodbye to His Beloved ‘Rex’
Kane Brown got his dream truck when he started to make some money in pursuing his musical dreams and now it’s time for his truck “Rex” to move on to another family.
Kane took to his Insta stories filming his driveway saying, “Today is a sad post day. My first big purchase when I got my record deal is my baby here [as he shows the big GMA truck] and today Rex is sold. So, he will never be forgotten. This is the truck that I wanted to buy when I was in high school. It’s been real, love you Rex.”
Brown wrote on stories, “I just don’t drive him anymore, I don’t want to see him sit here and rot.”
Kane has a big holiday week as he will perform on Thanksgiving Day (11/26) during the Dallas Cowboys vs. Washington halftime show, airing on FOX from AT&T Stadium.
The performance is a Cowboys tradition, sounding the call for Americans to donate to The Salvation Army’s Red Kettle Campaign. The funds raised through the iconic Red Kettles are at risk this year due to COVID-19 and requests for help are at an all-time high, making this year’s Red Kettle Kickoff more important than ever in providing shelter and meals for the homeless and hungry, Christmas toys for children and social service programs to millions of people in need year-round.
