Boston Red Sox Trade Andrew Benintendi to Kansas City Royals in Three-team Deal
The Boston Red Sox have traded Andrew Benintendi to the Kansas City Royals on Wednesday in a three-team deal that also included the New York Mets, according to ESPN. This deal also marked the final trade of the outfield trio that helped the Red Sox win the World Series in 2018. In addition, the Red Sox got outfielder Franchy Cordero and two more players who have yet to be announced.
