Two Workers Killed at Construction Site in Boston
Two men were tragically killed at a construction site in downtown Boston on Wednesday morning.
According to Boston.com, Boston Police Superintendent-in-Chief Greg Long said during a press conference that officers responded just after 8 a.m. to 190 High St. in the Financial District. The two workers had been struck by a dump truck and were pronounced dead at the scene.
“My heart is heavy as we send our thoughts and prayers to the families and loved ones grieving their loss after this morning’s tragic incident,” Mayor Marty Walsh posted to Twitter.

We are working swiftly with the District Attorney’s Office, the Boston Police and Fire Departments, OSHA, and other regulatory and safety agencies, including our Inspectional Services Department and the Boston Water and Sewer Commission, to determine what caused this.
