Look At This HOUSE FOR SALE Sign Just Outside Boston – WHAT DOES IT MEAN??

This is the funniest/sketchiest/most unique and thought-provoking House For Sale sign I've ever seen. It's currently up in a neighborhood West of Boston. Margot Bloomstein spotted it in her neighborhood, she posted it on Instagram, and since then the pic has gone local-viral racking up over 110,000 likes so far.
