Which State Has the Best Pizza? It’s Not Massachusetts But We Made the Top 10

Food & Wine Magazine just published it's list of “The Best Pizza In Every State,” and two New England states ranked inside the Top 10 when it comes to the best pizza states in America.
First of all - Food & Wine has placed it's vote for the never-ending "Best Pizza in Massachusetts" debate. And the winner is..... Santarpio's. The magazine says that Santarpio's pizzas "have a baker's touch" and “the plain pies are outstanding, pies with lots of the house sausage are even better.”
As for which state has the best pizza in the country - New Jersey finished in first place. Connecticut finished close behind in second. New York took home the bronze.
Massachusetts respectively finished in 9th place.
