Level99 Entertainment Complex Opens at Natick Mall with Night Shift Brewing
If you like games, escape rooms, good food, and beer… Level99 in Natick will be your new favorite place!
Level99 has officially opened at the Natick Mall. The new entertainment venue, located in the former Sears space, is 48,000 square feet. It holds 43 rooms filled with custom-built themed challenges, including both mental and physical. The challenges are geared toward adults, including everything from swinging on ropes over a floor of LED lava to navigating through laser beams to steal a jewel at a museum. There are over 100 different challenges to explore.
“One minute you’re in an Aztec temple and the next minute you’re spinning around inside a giant combination lock,” said Level99 CEO Matt DuPlessie. “It puts you in the present moment with your friends and gives you a story to tell.”
In addition to the gaming area, there is also a Night Shift Brewing Taproom and a beer hall with several private dining spaces. The taproom seats 100 and has full table service, while the 140-seat beer hall has counter service. “Level99 chose Night Shift as its brewer because we share the same relentless pursuit of quality,” said Night Shift Brewing Co-Founder Michael Oxton. “Everyone involved in this collaboration is working to ‘craft better’ in their own way.”
Plus, the food menu is not what you would expect from an entertainment complex like this one. “We’ve put together a menu with savory, aromatic lamb meatballs, rich, sticky coffee stout short rib, caramelized miso roasted salmon, a juicy, decadent house burger and a crispy, craveable Detroit-style pizza with a focaccia-like crust,” said Chopped Champion and James Beard Award-nominated Chef Nemo Bolin of Little Branch Hospitality.
Level99’s online ticketing system isn’t quite ready yet, but customers can purchase tickets onsite ($30 for two hours, $40 for four hours, and $50 for all-day access; group pricing is available).
