Whitney Houston Film Seeking Movie Extras in Boston
If you’ve always wanted to break into showbiz… now might be your chance! A new movie about Whitney Houston’s life is set to begin filming in Boston next month and they are looking for extras, according to Boston.com.
“I Wanna Dance with Somebody,” a Whitney Houston biopic starring Naomi Ackie as the late singer, is seeking out extras, according to a casting call posted by Boston Casting. Filming is set to take place between August 9th to November 5th in Boston, Quincy and surrounding towns, with fittings beginning this week. Extras will be paid $108 for eight hours with overtime beginning after eight hours. Plus, COVID-19 testing is required for all extras prior to working. They are specifically looking for people 18+.
