Chris Young Announces ‘Famous Friends’ Tour, Starts In October

Chris Young just announced his headlining “Famous Friends Tour 2021,” playing 13 arenas and amphitheaters from October through December.

Chris says, “Everybody’s been asking me when is the tour announcement – well, now you have your answer, and I couldn’t be more excited about it. I’m pumped to be able to share some of this new music on tour!”

Kicking off October 21 at Little Rock, Arkansas’ First Security Amphitheater, he’ll be joined by special guest Mitchell Tenpenny as direct support along with Callista Clark.

Tickets are on sale beginning Friday, August 6 at chrisyoungcountry.com, and all shows will comply with local COVID-19 guidelines.

Young is also getting ready to release his 8th studio album, Famous Friends, on Friday, August 6.

• 12. “I’m Comin’ Over” – (2015)

  It became Young's sixth number-one single on the Country Airplay chart dated November 28, 2015. Chris wrote the song himself and it was released as the lead single to his fifth studio album of the same name.

• 11. “Sober Saturday Night” (featuring Vince Gill) – (2016)

  Teaming up with Vince Gill, the song depicts a man who appears to be recovering from a hangover but who is actually "adapting to a new normal" without the influence of alcohol.
