Kacey Musgraves has been busy on social media in the last few days as she announced an album and film she's been working on, Star-Crossed, which will be available on September 10.
Kacey first posted to her Instagram in a series of posts, "Fall apart September 10 with 𝖘𝖙𝖆𝖗-𝖈𝖗𝖔𝖘𝖘𝖊𝖉: the album + film. ♥️🗡 A modern tragedy told in three acts. Pre-order now to hear the title track. (link in bio)."
Musgraves then posted a few hours later about her new movie, writing, "⚔️ star-crossed: the film ⚔️ Directed by @bardiazeinali Fall apart September 10. Available exclusively on @paramountplus."
Finally, she posted a photo of a corset with a knife/sword in it, writing, "w͟h͟a͟t͟ h͟a͟v͟e͟ w͟e͟ d͟o͟n͟e͟? ♥️ link in bio."
The new album is the follow-up to 2018’s Golden Hour, which won Album of the Year and Country Album of the Year at the 61st GRAMMY Awards.
