Police Seeking Info About Abandoned Cat Found in Animal Carrier in Westborough
Police are asking the public for information about a cat found abandoned in Westborough on Sunday night, according to 7 News Boston.
Ross Fitch, a Westborough resident, was driving through the McDonald’s parking lot on East Main Street when he noticed the stranded animal carrier. Once he pulled over and saw there was a cat inside, he called 911.
The Facebook post reads, “While speaking with the officer on the scene he stated, ‘See something, say something.’ Ross may have saved the cat from being run over and killed. Great work, Ross.”
