Garth Brooks Announces Dive Bar Tour Returning in 2021
Garth Brooks announced on Monday night (Sept. 13) that his Dive Bar Tour will return. Vaccinated ticket holders have the chance to see Brooks live on Oct. 11 for a kickoff show in Oklahoma City.
Brooks announced the news on his broadcast Inside Studio G, which broadcasts weekly on Facebook Live. Monday night he opened the show with an acoustic performance of “Guy Goin’ Nowhere” and then announced the return of the tour and his love of dive bars.
Dive bars are easier locations to implement vaccination policies and Brooks likes that they generate a more intimate setting.
Tickets to the Dive Bar Tour will only be available through country radio station call-in contests, and proof of vaccination is required for entry.
More dates and locations will be announced this fall.
