Loon Mountain Resort in Lincoln, New Hampshire has revealed they brand new ultra modern 8 passenger chairlift, Kancamagus 8. According to Loon Resort, it's an “ultra-smooth, whisper-quiet” lift, with a speed of 18 feet per second, and will take skiers to the top unloading platform in under 4 1/2 minutes. Nicknamed, Kanc 8, this ride features weather blocking bubbles. Sounds like the Cadillac of chairlifts, and skiers are bound to flip for this ride.
No more frozen toes on a long ride to the top.
