It's a rite of passage for New England country music fans. Kenny Chesney's annual weekend at Gillette Stadium has become a beloved tradition at the end of each summer. He wasn't able to perform the past two years, but still needed his New England fix.

Kenny attended Sunday's Patriots game alongside owner Robert Kraft. He was shown on the stadium's video board hugging Kraft, and fans hoped that he'd spread some good luck to the team. Although he received cheers from the crowd, the Pats fell to Dallas in overtime.

We will all get a win, however, when Kenny Chesney returns to Gillette Stadium for two shows on August 26 and August 27, 2022.
