Red Sox Nation is rejoicing. The Sox announced this morning that they have exercised Alex Cora’s club option, bringing him back for the 2023 and 24 seasons. Fans enjoyed an unexpected post season run this year, under Cora’s management, and are looking forward to what 2022 will bring.
He may have missed out on being named an AL East Manager of the Year finalist, but Sox skipper Cora isn’t missing out on a couple more years with his beloved team.
