Brothers Osborne has finally won their first Grammy in the Best Country Duo/Group Performance for their song "Younger Me" after being nominated in the category seven times; this win is their eighth nomination.

The guys were quite taken aback by the win. At the Grammy pre-show in accepting the honor, John said, "What the hell. Oh, man, I don't know what to say. I want to thank my little brother."

TJ then said tearfully. "This song was written in response to me coming out, and I never thought that I would be able to do music professionally because of my sexuality, and I certainly never thought I would be here on this stage accepting a Grammy after having done something that was potentially life-changing and in a negative way. And here I am tonight, not only accepting this award with my brother, which I love so much, but I am here with a man that I love and who loves me back. I don't know what I did to be so lucky."
