Blake Shelton To Receive A Star On Hollywood Walk Of Fame

Blake Shelton will soon have a star on the Hollywood Walk Of Fame along with major movie stars and recording stars, including Dolly Parton, Reba McEntire, Tim McGraw, Carrie Underwood, and many others.

The Hollywood Walk of Fame committee announced this week that Shelton will join other music stars getting a star in 2023, including Marc Anthony, Sheila E, Jonas Brothers, and Lenny Kravitz. Movie stars getting a star in 2023 include Bill Pullman, Uma Thurman, and Vince Vaughn.

The Selection Panel, made up of fellow Walk of Famers, hand-picks a group of honorees each year that represent various genres of the entertainment world. Dates have not been scheduled for these star ceremonies. Recipients have two years to organize star ceremonies from the selection date before they expire.

Upcoming star ceremonies are announced ten days before dedication on the official website www.walkoffame.com.

Blake has yet to comment on his new honor, and there is no word when his star ceremony will happen.
