Massachusetts Charity Raffling Off Rare Elvis Concert Tickets to Help Children
The Baer Project is a Massachusetts-based charity which raises funds to help send disadvantaged kids to Summer camp. They’re currently raffling off two rare concert tickets to see Elvis Presley in order to aid in their mission. The concert was supposed. to take place on August 18, 1977 at Cumberland County Civic Center in Portland, Maine. The concert sadly didn’t take place as Elvis passed away just two days before the scheduled concert date.
The ticket stubs are in great condition, having been kept in the original owner’s checkbook for the past 45 years. The owner decided to donate them to the Baer Project to use them to raise money to help bring kids joy.
Raffle tickets can be bought HERE for $10 each, 5 for $40, or 10 entries for $75. If you donate the $75 for 10 entries, you will receive a t-shirt commemorating this fundraising campaign.
