In the age of inflation and greedflation, does anyone really want to drop $200 for a side of fries? One New York restaurant thinks so. Serendipity 3 in New York’s Upper East Side of Manhattan serves up an array of burgers, footlong hot dogs, their famous frozen hot chocolate, and now infamous $200 french fries.

So what does $200 get you, besides judgy looks for dropping $200 for a side dish at a burger joint? The world’s most expensive fries: French fries cooked using champagne and truffles and topped with 23K edible gold dust.

What does it taste like? Probably like getting robbed. If you want to try them you’ll have to order them ahead of time so the restaurant can prepare them for you. Serendipity 3 is located at 225 E 60th St. New York, New York. Check out their website (it’s free to look!) RIGHT HERE.
