11 MINUTES: See Jason Aldean Talk About Las Vegas Shooting in New Documentary Series
He heard a popping noise and assumed it was an equipment malfunction. “When I looked back, my bass player looked at me like a deer in the headlights. My security guard was on the stage at that moment, urging me to get down, waving me away.”
Paramount will premiere the four-part documentary “11 Minutes” on October 1, to commemorate the fifth anniversary of the Route 91 Harvest Music Festival shooting, which will detail “terror and survival experiences of those present,” including Las Vegas Police Department officers, trauma teams at Sunrise Hospital, and victims and survivors.
Jason Aldean, who was on stage when shots rang out from the Mandalay Bay Hotel and Casino adjacent to the festival’s main stage, will participate in the series’ premiere on Paramount+.
